prealgebraPre-Algebra is a high school preparatory course that investigates number theory and algebraic concepts and principles. This year we will be working with a sampling of mathematical principles including but not limited to proportions, percents, geometry, measurement, graphs, probability, and polynomials.

This course is broken down into 12 units which are laid out below. Please click on a unit link to be taken to that unit’s page where you will see the breakdown for that unit including current and previously assigned homework problems, solutions, practice videos, and notes. If you have any questions please contact me. Thank you!

Unit 01 – Integers and Algebraic Expressions

Unit 02 – Rational Numbers

Unit 03 – Real Numbers and the Coordinate Plane

Unit 04 – Applications of Proportions

Unit 05 – Applications of Percents

Unit 06 – Equations and Inequalities

Unit 07 – Geometry

Unit 08 – Measurement

Unit 09 – Using Graphs to Analyze Data
